Three systems we built, in Los Cabos. The screenshots come from their public pages, with no sign-in and no real people’s data.

In production

BlueNavyCabo

A booking system for marine tourism operators: sport fishing, catamarans, whale watching, diving, jet ski rentals and yachts. It’s in production and takes real bookings and payments from marine operators.

Embeddable widget. With one line of code, the operator puts the booking button on their own website and the customer picks date, time, guests and extras.
Online payment straight to the operator. Card payments through Stripe: the money lands in the operator’s own account, and a deposit can be charged to hold the date with the rest due at boarding.
A boat is never sold twice. A trip blocks that vessel across every service, and the operator can block dates for maintenance or bad weather.
Connects with what they already use. Google Calendar and Teamup, plus automatic confirmation emails with a ticket.

Cardon Padel

An app for padel clubs: organize the week’s open matches, keep the rankings and let the club take orders from the same app. We built it as a proposal for Cardon Padel, with its brand, on the same base as our app for padel clubs.

Open matches with a waiting list. When a spot opens up, the offer goes to the next person on the list.
Rankings. By series, overall, by category and by season.
A screen for every role. Player, organizer, kitchen (tablet), the club’s TV screen and an owner dashboard.
Installs on the phone. It’s added to the phone’s home screen and opens like an app.

LongRoadCabo

A booking system for private transportation companies in Los Cabos: airport transfers, chauffeur by the hour, weddings and events, and groups in a van or Sprinter.

Widget with your brand and card payments. One line of code on the transport company’s website, with the charge in their own name.
One-way or round trip. The passenger picks one-way or round trip; each leg has its own time, vehicle and driver, and the flight details are saved with the booking.
A vehicle and a driver are never sold twice. Every transfer blocks the vehicle and the driver, with classes by number of passengers and bags.
The day of the transfer. A today’s trips screen and a WhatsApp alert to the driver when a trip is assigned.
